Is this the Dark Twin on this Italy webcam? Looking West at 22:00 hours on September 1 and 2, it shows up two days in a row, then briefly on August 25 when the Moon is not in the skies at all. Why does the Dark Twin bounce around and why is it illuminated mostly on one side? http://www.foto-webcam.ch/webcam/pognana1/#/2014/09/01/2200

We predicted that the Dark Twin would try to pass the Earth in their shared orbit, moving out further into space and sliding behind the Earth. The Dark Twin is affected by the sweeping arms of the Sun, forever pushed forward in their shared orbit. But unlike the Earth the Dark Twin is not a magnetic planet, and thus is not caught in the grip of Planet X as firmly as is the Earth. In these webcam photos, the Dark Twin seems to move about, and this is due to the blooming effect, light pulled toward Earth’s gravity and likely also the Moon’s gravity.

In that it is seen on August 25, dimly, when the Moon is not in the skies, this is not a ghost of the Moon in the camera. The uneven lighting where one side of the Dark Twin is brighter than another is explained by where reflected light goes. Those light rays reflected back toward Earth come from the side facing Earth, still behind the Earth in their shared orbit. Light rays from the Sun hitting the Dark Twin on the side away from the Earth bounce off into space and thus are only dimly seen from Earth. Where this 2014 view is looking West, the Dark Twin is still not quite directly behind the Earth as yet.

In the enlargement I notice on the right side a rounding, like a ball. Maybe in total (on the left) some "smeared" due to the long exposure time (15 sek).

One way to interrogate a webcam, which often are enclosed behind glass and thus DO have these reflections/ghosts in the images, is to check back through the calendar for days when a bright Moon is not present. For instance, the ones below, from 10/5, 10/6, and 108 at 5:30 am. No Dark Twin OR ghost is in evidence. I have brightened these images so they are not too dark to see. In contrast, the Italy cam showed a dark fuzz ball on 8/25 22:00, when no Moon was in view.

The Dark Twin can only be seen at night, not during the day. It follows the Earth in their shared orbit, and thus is seen looking back along the Earth's orbit after dusk, or, as it is trying to pass the Earth by slipping behind it at present, behind the Earth at night.

Images from the Italy cam, which are taken after dusk, when a Moon is present and also when the Moon is not present, are valid captures. Some of these photos posted as comments show a ghost (reflection of the Moon in the lens), as the example below which has a pale ghost near the Moon and a red ghost over the ground. As Poli has noted, the MarkLex in Sunnyvale has a green ghost over land. Not the Dark Twin. Photos posted by Khan, which show the green orb behind leaves, is also likely a ghost as the orb also stands in front of the leaves. It's never easy folks.

The Dark Twin is the Blue Kachina. The normal blue/yellow light that the Dark Twin reflects creates Green. When mixed with the red dust which is all around us these days, it turns purple/violet.

Here is a MarkLex cam photo at sunset, 18:00 hrs, and there are two ghosts present, one over the ground as a red orb.
