Note the location of “Planet 9” and the inbound path for Nibiru provided by the Zetas in 1997. Nibiru arrived, right on schedule in 2003, and right where predicted a full 7 years earlier. Where the Zetas provided the location of the gravity draw represented by the Sun’s dark unlit binary and the inbound Nibiru in 1983, when the IRAS team lofted its infra-red balloon in search of the inbound Nibiru, this location was not provided to the public. All articles in print at that time only referring to the location as the “western edge of the constellation Orion”, quite vague, and the “western edge” is vast. Yet the Zetas pinpointed the location as being just outside the lower bow of Orion. Such is the accuracy of ZetaTalk. How would the public eventually become “aware of the history and accuracy of ZetaTalk predictions” as predicted by the Zetas on April 16, 2016? ? It would seem this is already in process.

So what happened to the announcement? Obama lacked the courage. As a result of this colossal failure,  having to disband the Jade Helm structure, the US military reacted. Obama is no longer running the country. Chief of Staff General Dunford is. Ben Fulford has for months been referring to Obama as the US “spokesperson”. Is this true, and how does this work? In that the Middle East, under the direction and press from Israel, Turkey, the Jewish bankers of the Federal Reserve, and the Saudis were supporting ISIS and this threatened to create a force that would not only invade Europe but also create an endless terrorism threat to the US, the military did indeed effect a silent coup. Russia needed to enter the fray, and Dunford, but not Obama, agreed. This will never be admitted, publicly, nor do the parties want this.

The three major social media outlets in use around the globe all had significant, and simultaneous outages between September 20-24, 2015. Skype had complaints from the UK, Australia, and Japan. Twitter received reports from the US, Australia, and Singapore. FaceBook had the loudest howls, primarily from the US and Europe. Notably these downtimes, some lasting for hours or even days, got no attention in the major media, and there was no real explanation for the outages.  Every Skype user has an account and a password, as do their contacts. Every Skype user can broadcast messages to their contacts, even if these contacts are not presently online. Every twitter use likewise has an account and a password, and by sending a tweet passes information along to subscribers, who can retweet the info in the future. FaceBook users likewise have an account and a password, with many friends who pick up info from each other and pass it along on their FaceBook accounts.  In all of this, the networks themselves are AWARE of the accounts and passwords, and could do a broadcast to all in the event of an announcement. Check your user agreements. This is legal!

When we announced that the Council of Worlds would be going to war with the elite over their blockage of the announcement, the tools available to the Council were not immediately apparent. Early in the campaign the Sony hack showed one such mechanism, whereby an anonymous hacker revealed embarrassing information about Sony executives. Similarly exposing pedophile activities by Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton and blatant lies by self-promoting media talking heads such as Brian Williams and Bill O’Reilly required nothing more than encouraging contactees to step forward.  In many, many cases a financial loss sufficient to trigger a clash among the elite is a result of an electronic delay during trades.

What is the message here? As with other failed launches, this most recent failure is a definitive message from the Council of Worlds. Space X has had success in resupplying the ISS, though has flounded on landing on a floating ocean platform.  Resupply of the ISS is OK, reuse of their launch equipment so as to help the elite escape, not OK. The message now is that the elite should not expect to get into space at all. No escape. The message here is to take all hope away from such plans among the elite. They are to remain on Earth with the common man. We expect the battle to shift from attempts to block the announcement, or deny its meaning, to attempts to enslave the common man in some way. That is another fight, on another day.

Relying solely on Russia or China to proceed would get the truth out BUT since the block had always been on the US end, via Reagan’s national security directive, without a confirmation from Obama this is awkward and subject to being countered. If true, where is the confirmation from Obama? It would be packaged as some odd communist attack against Obama going into the elections, to make him seem weak, almost comical. So where is this going now? For us to comment would be to empower the enemy, which of course we will not do. Your curiosity is not as important as having the announcement succeed.

Oddly enough Kissinger is openly stating that the US made a 'fatal mistake' in its Ukraine policy, now backing Putin.  Also, and probably more importantly, the White House made news by releasing previously-secret recordings of Reagan begging Maggie Thatcher's forgiveness for having lied to her about Grenada; could this be the beginning of the blackmail the zetas have claimed will be used until the Announcement is allowed? I noticed all the major western news organs carried this news - which at least shows how deep a White House release can go, if allowed.  Of all the links about it, this one from the Daily Mail says it succinctly.

Are there clues that the elite who have been blocking the announcement admitting the presence of Nibiru are under assault by the truth?  In negotiations, the coup de grâce is not delivered as a first blow. It is held until negotiations have failed. To start, the competence of the party to DELIVER such blows is demonstrated. Reagan is long dead, as is Thatcher, but for a highly private conversation in 1983 to be revealed, not just in the words expressed but in Reagan’s own VOICE, is an example of how competent the Council of Worlds is at delivering on their promise. Another example is the highly private deal that Tony Blair arranged with PetroSaudi, suddenly in the press. There is NOTHING they could not reveal to the public, is the message.

on the Council of Worlds threats to the elite has also recorded a number of banking crimes, suddenly being settled between the regulators and the banks. These issues are quite international, with regulators from a number of countries involved – NBA fees in Australia; RBS, HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, UBS and Citibank fined in the UK and US over currency fixing; Barclays, the CIA bank involved in crimes as far back as the S&L crisis in the US, being forced into a settlement.  Why the rush? It is not necessarily fresh evidence that is forcing the rush, it is the anticipation that more could be revealed, so the banks are suddenly eager to close the case. They have on other issues been given EVIDENCE, a taste, of what awaits them if the Council of Worlds proceeds.

Another clue to what is happening behind the scenes is the media focus. In the past these issues would NOT be in the media, or on some back page or conspiracy site if at all. Media handlers have started to loosen their grip on what can be reported, though this grip is still a strangle hold. The Media moguls, such as Murdock, are experimenting, loosening the reigns bit by bit. Soon they personally will be faced with embarrassing revelations, both personal and criminal, in press outlets NOTfriendly to the target. The Internet spreads the word, and as long as ANY major media outlet reports some news, it gets around. This game has just begun!

Russia leaving the SWIFT system which could have been used to intimidate Putin. New ZT this week re that so posting all.

You may have noticed this on BlackListedNews. Could this be one reason for the delay in the Announcement, along with similar preparations by both Russia and China?  More importantly though, where does the Puppet Master stand in regards to the blocking of the original Oct. 20th date?  I was under the impression from prior ZT that he's on board with the Announcement, the sooner the better, but surely he had something to do with blocking it, and is that why Obama doesn't feel he can use an executive order or the SEALs to force the issue?

Russia intends to have its own international inter-bank system up and running by May 2015. The Central Bank of Russia says it needs to speed up preparations for its version of SWIFT in case of possible ”challenges” from the West. It is expected that all messaging options will be operating by December 2014. Calls not to use the SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) system in Russian banks began to grow as relations between Russia and the West deteriorated over sanctions. So far, SWIFT says despite pressure from some Western countries to join the anti-Russian sanctions, it has no intention of doing so. SWIFT, is currently one of Russia’s main connections to the international banking system, and if turned off, could hurt the Russian economy, in the short-term.

Although developing an alternative to the SWIFT system for Russian transactions is being presented as a development over the recent sanctions re the Ukraine brouhaha, there was a stronger reason for the split. Russia is one of Obama’s partners, and the EU and the strong banking interests in London had a number of reasons to want to control Putin. They wanted Russian oil and gas, wanted to push beyond control of eastern Ukraine into Russia itself for this reason, but the tables were turned on them by Putin who won the staring contest. Clearly, the elite blocking the announcement, snug with the banking industry, were planning to intimidate Putin into cooperation by threatening to use the SWIFT system against him.

Where the Puppet Master’s wealth includes assets in the banking industry, he is NOT part of the cover-up over Planet X. Quite the opposite, as we have often explained. He expects to come out on top during any banking industry shuffle, even coming out on top if the world turns to barter, as unlike the middle men he is savy and has the resources to accomplish this. They are fearful, he is not.

Why does he not just crack the whip and order change? For him to become a ruthless dictator, which is not his mode in any case, he would have to eliminate many individuals, which would leave holes in his networks. He would have to cripple these recalcitrant middle men by destroying their assets, in effect destroying assets he personally has a stake in. He has been instrumental in getting the truth about Nibiru and the alien presence out into the media, in more ways that we could list, but cannot simply override the intense fear of the announcement that the middle men hold, or the intense rage they feel at Obama and his allies over their intentions.

But he does not direct how politicians operate. He has influence only, due to the vast wealth he controls.

The Puppet Master, as we have frequently mentioned, is an extremely savvy individual. In our opinion, he has no rival in this regard in either politics or the financial realm. In offering to give him privileged information, which he seeks from us in exchange for help in getting our message out to the world, we do not consider at all that we have made a compact with the devil. The benefits outweigh any negatives by a factor of at least a billion to one. From his personal vantage, his attitude is that he must first husband the assets under his control. As the trustee, he has this commitment. Second, he is hedging his bets by helping the world establish strong survival communities, as he knows he can step in after the Pole Shift and re-establish his position, whether the world is operating via barter or via some currency that requires a banking empire. He will again end up on top.

Btw, When Obama made a youtube video saying he is absolutely for maintaining a "free internet", he had no need to.

He had appointed a chief cable industry lobbyist as the FCC's (regulator) chairman. All signs were that the FCC would have come up with rulings that would have favored the cable industry. But then they collude with the cover-up sentiment, showing their true allegiance. So what does Obama do?

Politically speaking, he slaps them across the face & sends them a strong message. The cable companies & lobby groups were so suprised they didnt know what to say.
