Before Planet X, aka Nibiru, entered the inner solar system, California was the only state in the Union synonymous with earthquake activity.  Nowhere in the U.S. were you more likely to experience an earthquake than in the state of California.

Not anymore.

Within only the last few years, residents of Oklahoma and Texas have been jarred by an alarming uptick in seismic activity, ushering in a new landscape of "earthquake country" in the United States.

OKLAHOMA

From 1975 to 2008, only a handful of quakes over magnitude 3.0 were recorded in the state of Oklahoma.  That number skyrocketed to over 200 since 2009.  And in 2013 — the state's most seismically active year on record — there were nearly 3,000 quakes in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma's strongest recorded earthquake was a 5.6-magnitude that struck in November 2011 near the town of Prague. It damaged 200 buildings and rattled parts of seven states.

Chad Devereaux cleans up bricks that fell from a home in Sparks, Oklahoma in November 2011 after two earthquakes hit the area in less than 24 hours.

In addition to the increase in rumblings often accompanied by loud booms, a new study by the U.S. Geological Survey suggests earthquakes in Oklahoma will not be going away anytime soon.  As a result, the Oklahoma insurance commissioner is urging residents to buy insurance policies that include earthquake coverage while Oklahoma emergency management officials are utilizing earthquake safety manuals that originated in California.

While the USGS is prohibited from divulging the actual cause of this sudden increase in seismicity, aka Nibiru, they instead support the preposterous notion that mining practices involving hydraulic fracturing or "fracking" are at cause.  The USGS is even developing a separate earthquake map for these so-called "man-made" quakes.

Source

The Zetas clarify:

"Fracking has been a process used extensively for decades, since 1903 within the US alone. If fracking caused earthquakes, has this just been noticed? This is clearly an excuse for the increase in earthquakes, one of many the establishment will latch onto as earthquake frequency increases and earthquakes occur in unusual places.

Where it is known that mining accidents, explosions, can cause buildings in the vicinity to shake and windows to rattle, such activity on the surface does not cause earthquakes. Earthquakes are caused by an adjustment in the entire rock strata, over a wide and deep area. The epicenter is merely the point where the adjustment, or movement, is greatest. The pressure that caused that adjustment spreads for hundreds of miles, in all directions. Fracking cannot accomplish this."

TEXAS

The Dallas-Fort Worth area is not known as a place that’s prone to earthquakes.

In fact, before 2007, there were no recorded earthquakes in the area. Since then, there have been hundreds.

The majority of the quakes have been less than 3.0 on the Richter Scale, with some as high as magnitude 3.6.

Regardless of magnitude, the reports of deafening booms and property damage speak for themselves.

"It feels like a semi-truck hitting your house with a bomb going off," Greg Morrison said. "I am serious."

"I have cracks in every floor of my house," a woman who lives off Knob Hill Road said. "And I don't mean just cracks going across. They come and meet in the middle."

Even seasoned earthquake veterans from California said the quakes in recent months are different than anything they felt before.

Now, even North Texas residents are considering earthquake insurance.

Town Hall Meeting

Offered only the fracking explanation for dozens of recent earthquakes in the area, Azle residents voiced their frustration at the oil and gas industry at a recent town hall meeting.

More than 800 North Texas residents showed up on Thursday, January 2, demanding answers from the Texas Railroad Commission, which regulates the local oil and gas industry.

Many of the attendees described the damage to their properties, from cracked walls, to shifting foundations and driveways, to shattered mirrors.

Others described their fear of stronger seismic activity to come, the fear of what the shifting ground could do to a gas line, the fear of sinkholes and contamination of the groundwater supply.

The mood soured when Commissioner David Porter announced that he would not be answering questions.  There was booing and hooting.

‘Something is going on. Stop drilling and see what happens,’ said Victoria Ball of Azle, a recommendation that drew applause and cheers from the audience.

Reno Mayor Lynda Stokes and others pleaded with state regulators to stop the injection wells, at least for a few months, to see if the earthquakes stop.  Residents come to Stokes asking questions but not even Reno City Hall is immune as there's a big crack in the council chambers.

"I don't have any answers for them," she said. "The only power the city has is not to issue any more permits."

================================================================================

"The primary drama preceding the pole shift will be the ripping action that a plate unable to move must endure. The notable area of catastrophe during this is the eastern half of the continental US. From Houston to Chicago to New England, the diagonal pull will tear the underpinning of cities and create a catastrophe for the US that will make the New Orleans disaster appear trivial."

4.5 earthquake rattles Oklahoma, Kansas

 http://www.kake.com/story/33589822/earthquake-upgraded-to-45-magnitude

The U.S. Geological survey reports a magnitude 4.5 earthquake struck in northern Oklahoma late Tuesday night.

The temblor was recorded just before 11:30 p.m about 8.7 miles east-southeast of Pawnee. It had a depth of about 1.6 miles.

There have been no reports of damage or injuries.

Tuesday night's quake was originally reported to be a 4.1 but was soon upgraded to a 4.5. It was the largest of five shakers in

the area since Tuesday evening. The other quakes were between magnitude 2.8 and 3.3.

According to the USGS, the quake was felt throughout the state of Oklahoma and in portions of south-central Kansas.

4 Earthquakes in 24 hours Rattle Western NC (Oct 30)

An area near Cherokee in western North Carolina experienced four weak earthquakes in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Three of those earthquakes were a magnitude of 2.2.

The fourth was slightly weaker, measuring just 2.1 on the Richter scale because it happened further below the Earth’s surface.

This is the third report of earthquakes in this area in the past week.

The U.S. Geological Survey recorded a 2.6 magnitude earthquake shortly after midnight Sunday on the boundary of Monroe and Loudon County northwest of Tellico Lake.

Earthquakes Picking up in SE Kansas (Oct 28)

It was an active week for earthquakes in Kansas, with eight recorded in Harper County and two in Sumner County.

The Harper County quakes included a number detectable through ground shaking centered about 11 miles east of Anthony, halfway between Freeport and Bluff City.

The largest was a magnitude 3.5, recorded about 8:25 a.m. Monday. A resident in Argonia, located some 10 miles northeast of the epicenter, reported light shaking from the quake, but no damage. Five other residents in the region reported on the U.S. Geological Survey website they experienced weak shaking.

A magnitude 2.8 then occurred about 25 minutes later, a mile farther west, the USGS data showed. In all, there were six quakes USGS monitors recorded within about four square miles.

Both Sumner County quakes, in the far southwest corner of the county, were below magnitude 2.0.

Oklahoma recorded 10 earthquakes within 150 miles of Kansas, out of two dozen statewide. Those included six that were above a magnitude 3.0.

The largest was a magnitude 4.0 centered in an area about 10 miles southeast of Waynoka, Oklahoma, a region that’s been active all year. Close to 50 people, including 19 in Wichita and one in Hutchinson, reported feeling weak shaking from the event.

It was just one of four quakes in a tight cluster there, including a magnitude 3.7 just 21 minutes after the larger one.
Woods, Major and Garfield counties in Oklahoma also had quakes above 3.0.

35 Small Earthquakes Rattle Salton Sea California (Oct 31)

About 35 small earthquakes rattled the Salton Sea area Monday morning.

The quakes, which began at 2:43 a.m., were relatively mild.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a magnitude-3.1 earthquake struck around 2:43 a.m., located 5 miles southwest of Niland.

Within the hour, a magnitude-3.0 and magnitude-3.3 earthquakes rattled the same area.

Around 3:41 a.m., a magnitude-3.6 quake rattled 6 miles north of Ocotillo Wells.

In late September, a swarm of around 200 earthquakes struck the region, prompting the California Office of Emergency Services to issue an earthquake advisory.

[Testimony] Received from Enid (56 km from epicenter) after the M3.6 #earthquake in #Oklahoma :

"Pets started shaking and jumped into our laps. My little ornamental tree with loose hanging leaves stared shaking and shook for 10-15 seconds. The leaves on this tree work as my quake detector and never lets one get past me if it is even a little close to the epicenter."

Oklahoma Quake Raised to 5.8 (Sep 7)

Change from 5.6-magnitude makes Sep 3 quake the strongest in state’s history.

Source

"Clearly this Oklahoma quake was not a magnitude 5.6, when swaying was felt over a 1,255 mile swath. Compare this to the swath of motion recorded during the 1906 quake in San Francisco, which was only felt as far away as Nevada, a neighboring state. It is known that quakes that result from adjustments close to the surface result in the most damage to mankind’s structures. Deep quakes are absorbed by the surrounding rock, thus little shaking arrives at the surface. This Oklahoma quake was deep, and should have been recorded as a 9.5."

M5.6 earthquake in Oklahoma felt across the entire midwest, from North Dakota through Houston

Sept 3 2016

A M5.6 earthquake struck near Pawnee, Oklahoma on September 3, 2016.

According to press reports the quake was felt virtually across the entire midwest, from North Dakota through Houston. That’s a 1,300 mile stretch!

At 7:02:44 am local time, a major, M5.6 earthquake hit 14km northwest of Pawnee, Oklahoma. It rattled a swath of the Great Plains, from Kansas City, Missouri, to central Oklahoma. It was the strongest quake to hit Oklahoma in years.

Immediate Facebook post reports indicated pictures fell off walls as far away as Tulsa. Others felt it in Norman and Wewoka in Seminole County. It lasted roughly 15 seconds. Saturday morning’s earthquake is the largest in Oklahoma since a 5.6 magnitude quake near Prague. That quake was followed by 10 aftershocks.

According to press reports the quake was felt virtually across the entire midwest, from North Dakota through Houston – a 1,300 mile stretch.

Aftershocks lasted for several minutes according to the USGS.

The quake was especially felt in Oklahoma City, while residents as far as Dallas said the shaking continued for at least 10 seconds. The earthquake was shallow, with a focus just 4.1 miles below the surface; such quakes convey more energy to the land surface; as the USGS notes the recent quake in Italy started at a 10km depth.

It’s not yet clear whether the earthquake caused any injuries or damage. Earthquakes hit Oklahoma frequently, but they are typically below 4.0 magnitude and rarely are felt in the northeast part of the state, according to Tulsa World.

People in Kansas City, Missouri, Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Norman, Oklahoma, all reported feeling the earthquake at about 7:05 a.m. Saturday.

Another M5.6 quake rattled 103km W of Ferndale, California on September 3, 2016 and a M3.1 tremor hit Nevada a few hours later.

Oklahoma Earthquake Felt in Seven Other States (Feb 13)

A magnitude 5.1 earthquake shook northwest Oklahoma and was felt in seven other states on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said, the third-largest temblor ever recorded in the state where the power and frequency of earthquakes has dramatically increased in recent years.

The earthquake centred about 17 miles (27 kilometres) north of Fairview in northwestern Oklahoma occurred at 11:07 a.m. and was reportedly felt across Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico and Texas, the USGS said. A second quake measured at magnitude 3.9 struck 10 minutes later, followed at 11:41 a.m. by a magnitude 2.5 quake. Both were in the same area of the larger temblor and about 100 miles (160 kilometres) northwest of Oklahoma City.

Fairview police and the Major County Sheriff’s Office had no reports of injuries or significant damage.

The state has been averaging nearly 3 earthquakes a day of a magnitude 3 or greater, a rate 600 times greater than observed before 2008.

There have been nine earthquakes of magnitude 1.5 or greater today, 36 over the past seven days, 179 over the past month and 3400 over the past year.

5.1 Quake Rocks Central, Northern Oklahoma (Feb 13)

A big earthquake rattled residents throughout Central and Northern Oklahoma and southern Kansas Saturday morning. Just after 11:00 a.m., several viewers called in to report the earthquake shaking their homes and businesses.

The 5.1 magnitude earthquake struck at approximately 11:07 a.m. Its epicenter was located 17 miles northwest of Fairview, 39 miles east of Woodward, and 44 miles west of Enid.

In addition to its size, the quake was at a relatively shallow depth of 1.2 miles.

Then around 11:17 a.m., a 3.9 magnitude struck in the same area.

Reports of the earthquake flooded social media from users throughout Kansas and Oklahoma.

At 5.1, the temblor will be the state's third largest earthquake, according to Oklahoma Geological Survey data.

The state's largest earthquake is a 5.6 recorded out of Prague in 2011.

Saturday's quake surpassed a 4.8 recorded on Jan. 6 as this year's largest earthquake. Both the 4.8 and Saturday's 5.1 were centered near Fairview, according to USGS data.
