Comment by Planet Twelve on November 27, 2012 at 6:14pm Rob is a term we see used all the time in reports such as the above, and although there appears to be no direct English translation, the term is referring to, is always used in conjunction with descriptions of, seawater inundation.
They can call it whatever they wish, all such terms are superfluous, the root cause moot. We see this every other day in news reports etc, posted dutifully by Khan and others, from this region where the Eurasia Plate tongue, aka Sunda Plate, is being subducted in a dive-and-fold plunge under the northern edge of the Indo-Australian Plate. Java is sitting on a leading edge of that diving Sunda, and thus, is going under, i.e. sinking. All symptoms of predicted plate movement, brought into play by a magnetic presence. Of course that being the wanderer returned and aforementioned root cause of all this, Planet X. He is back in from his lengthy sojourns outbound, now Sunside and shaking things up, as predicted in ZT.
All this is nothing new, has been going on for months, seawater inundation becoming a chronic problem for the Javanese (and others in the region) as continual inundation by seawater is exceeding former high-water marks, and ranging far inland:
"Media Monitoring coast of Indonesia on Monday (11/26), the wave tide (rob) that hit some areas of the coast such as Tegal, Pekalongan and Semarang continues to increase, some areas in the north with a radius of up to 7 miles from shore inundated with depth reached 70 centimeters, an increase from the previous maximum of 60 centimeters."
Ever-optimistic locals have had enough, are invoking God, in vain hopes of a reprieve from being constantly submerged:
"God willing, next year we are free from rob perfect because after all this time Rob has been soaking one-third of the city,"
This will only get worse. For Java, terrain is on the wane. Egress to high ground the only way to have a chance of being "free from rob"
Comment by khan on November 27, 2012 at 7:42am Actually, its a fact that Indonesia is "sinking" be it land erosion or rise in sea water(seawater Flooding)
Thank you Will.
Comment by Will on November 27, 2012 at 6:38am Please excuse my obvious ignorance but what is the rob word or letters stand for? ie tide wave (rob)....
Thanks
