We'll be seeing an uptick in unusual home and business gas explosions and I'm trying to locate specific ZT on the matter.  Below is a refresher for the many gas related news articles.

Fault lines, when adjusting, do not just rip apart one day during a dramatic earthquake. They most often creep. Laying gas lines along or across a fault line is asking for an accident of this sort. Fault lines are also seldom so clearly delineated that one can go a mile in this or that direction and avoid their action. Where a slip-slide fault such as the San Andreas will often leave a clear line on the surface, this is only the surface action, not what occurs in the rock layers on either side which can fracture for a long way to either side during any movement. The gas company, or the age of the pipes, will be faulted but in truth the finger should be pointed in many directions. The public, who insist on living at such a scenic spot, is to blame. Officials, who zoned for housing are to blame. The public utility company, for allowing gas lines in the area, is to blame. But this will change nothing, while man continues to live on the San Andreas, even as it awakens. EOZT

The danger from radon gas will not be increased as a result of the pole shift. Radon gas is emitted by rock containing uranium, which is degrading. In normal circumstances, where air can circulate, it is disbursed rapidly as is any methane created by decay of organic material. The danger from these gasses comes from confinement - being trapped in a mine, a basement, or beneath the permafrost. The dangers are well known. For methane, it is explosions. An accumulation of methane gas can be identified by the smell of rotten eggs, or as some have described it, dirty socks or cabbage soup. For radon gas the danger is lung cancer, from the continual exposure to the radioactive air. Radon gas is odorless, and cannot be detected except by specialized equipment not in the hands of the average person.

In that the pole shift, or the Earth changes preceding the pole shift, can fracture rock and release pockets of either gas, survivors should be cautious about huddling in bunkers. You are safer out in the open air, or in a trench you have dug that will allow the pole shift winds to pass over you, but nothing to fall on and crush you. The fact that both methane gas and radon gas can accumulate in the bunkers of the elite is one of the reasons we have stated that they have dug their own graves. EOZT

Anyone watching the news, for instance the news on the San Bruno explosion in a distribution line close to the San Andreas Fault line, knows that gas in any form is a danger. Oil and gas refineries explode when rigid piping cracks. Oil or gas wells explode when the ground around them moves. And the gas distribution lines running under cities are no exception. They likewise will explode. Gas lines, whether along the street or within a home, are rigid. In some cases automatic shutoff valves can limit the amount of gas available for an explosion by sensing a drop in pressure, but this is always after the fact. The explosion has already occurred. Utilizing gas on a planet prone to earthquakes was a mistake to begin with, but man never thinks of the consequences when striving for modern conveniences. We have advised turning off the gas at the street, though when the street explodes and your neighbor's homes are on fire you are not likely to escape the holocaust. A better alternative is to live in an area where gas is not available, as in your rural safe location where you will be doing a form of camping while gardening. A campfire at night, for cooking and washing and a bit of friendly light before bed. Nothing explosive. EOZT

SOZT Answer: It is no accident that the New Madrid fault lies under the Mississippi River near Memphis, as rivers form in lowlands created when land pulls apart, separating the rock fingers and weakening support for the land. Thus, the Ohio River bed also is an indication of where rock fingers will pull apart. Two adjustments in Kentucky, a day apart, are not an accident, but an indication of the speed at which the stretch zone is starting to adjust. Rail lines are frequently an early harbinger of such adjustments, as they run long distances, whereas structures within cities, such as tall buildings, take up relatively little space and have a small footprint. Our warning that imploding cities will be experienced, before the hour of the shift, are in this regard. Be warmed, it will not just be your rail lines and gas and water mains that will shatter and be pulled apart during the stretch. The foundations of your tall buildings will likewise be vulnerable.EOZT

Six people die in new explosion in Russia's Arctic mine: official

MOSCOW: Six people died — most of them rescuers — in a new explosion in a mine in northern Russia where 26 miners went missing following an accident three days ago, officials said on Sunday.

“Six people died, five of them rescuers,” Anton Kovalishin, a spokesperson for the emergencies ministry in the Komi region where the Severnaya mine is located, told AFP.

Separately, Emergencies Minister Vladimir Puchkov said that the 26 missing miners were most likely also dead. The accident at the Severnaya mine appears to be Russia’s worst mining accident over the past few years.

On Thursday, four miners were killed and 26 went missing after a collapse at the Severnaya mine in the city of Vorkuta within the Arctic Circle.

Authorities launched a massive search operation involving hundreds of rescue workers and until now had refused to declare the missing miners dead.

But Emergencies Minister Puchkov, speaking to reporters on Sunday, said that the 26 could not have survived. ”Unfortunately, we are forced to acknowledge that all the conditions at that section of the mine would not allow a person to survive,” he said in remarks broadcast by LifeNews television channel.

He said more information would be available later in the day.
The emergencies ministry had earlier said there had been no contact with the missing miners.

Puchkov had earlier said that rescuers had risked their lives during the search operation as they had been working in tough conditions including almost zero visibility, gas-polluted air and rubble.

President Vladimir Putin has tasked the government with creating a special commission to investigate the accident.

In 2010, 91 people — both miners and rescuers — died after a methane explosion at the Raspadskaya mine in the Siberian region of Kemerovo.

In 2007, 110 people died at the Ulyanovskaya mine in the Kemerovo region, the country’s worst mining accident since the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991.

Four dead and 26 missing after explosion at Russian coal mine

A methane gas leak late on Thursday triggered two explosions and the collapse of the mine, according to the Tass news agency. At the time of the blast, 110 miners were underground. Eighty were rescued.

The Vorkutagol coal mining company said on Friday that fire is still raging inside the mine.

Rescue efforts are continuing but Russia's state emergency service has not been able to establish a line of communication with the trapped miners, according to Tass.

The Russian investigative committee said it is looking into the explosion and the Kremlin has appointed a special commission to deal with it. Source: independent.ie

Four injured in Nowshera hospital gas explosion

February 25, 2016

NOWSHERA: Four employees of the Mian Rashid Hussain Shaheed Memorial Hospital sustained burn injuries in an explosion caused by gas leakage in Pabbi, police said.

They said the explosion occurred in the Operation Theatre of the welfare hospital named after the lone son of Awami National Party (ANP) leader Mian Iftikhar Hussain due to a gas leakage from a water geyser. As a result, they said, that four employees of the health facility, including paramedic Tahir, Imran, Shah Mansoor and a class-IV employee Shabbir, sustained wounds.

They said the injured were shifted to a local hospital where the doctors referred one of them to the Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) in Peshawar owing to his critical condition. The explosion caused panic among the staff members and patients.

Meanwhile, the paramedics staged a protest against the alleged negligence of the administration of the hospital and demanded action against the officials for negligence. Nasir Khan, president of paramedical association, said that gas had been leaking from the water geyser for the last three months.

Tanker truck catches fire while filling up gas tanks

Wednesday, February 24th 2016, 7:25 am ESTWednesday, February 24th 2016, 3:13 pm EST

MONTICELLO, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Dozens of firefighters in Lawrence County were called out to the 1700 block of FE Sellers Highway around six Wednesday morning. Emergency responders rushed to the scene after a diesel truck caught fire at Duncan's Corner gas station.

"There's been few times in my career when I've pulled up and you know it kind of opens your eyes and you say it's time to go to work," says Monticello Fire Chief Lyle Berard.

Berard says the fire started while a diesel driver was offloading fuel from his truck to gas tanks at the gas station. Nearby residents were forced to leave home.

"There were evacuations of the residents in the area they were moved to a safe location," says Berard.

Firefighters successfully shut off fuel sources from the truck and gas tanks. Thanks to lots of manpower, water and foam crews eventually tackled the destructive fire, which could have been much worse.

"A dual threat is what it was, not only did you have the fuel tanker truck you also had the fuel tanks from the service station which are above ground," says Berard.

We're told the truck driver broke his leg while jumping to safety.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Search teams hunt for 'signs of life' under rubble at Didcot Power Station where three workers are still missing after massive building collapse

  • One person died and five more were taken to hospital after huge explosion at Oxfordshire power station yesterday
  • Witnesses say plant was felt 'shuddering' following blast which occurred while it was being prepared for demolition
  • Search and rescue workers remained on site overnight hunting for three missing workers lost in the devastation
  • Fire chief says sniffer dogs have hinted at 'some signs' of life in the rubble but there are 'no clear signs' as yet
  • Oxford MP confirms two of those taken to hospital are in serious condition and that there are 'many minor injuries'

Rescue workers searching for three missing workers following yesterday's explosion at Didcot Power Station say sniffer dogs have hinted at 'some signs' of life beneath the rubble - but that there have not been 'any clear signs' as yet.

One person died and five more were taken to hospital when a major blast saw the building's boiler room collapse - bringing the structure down with it - while it was being prepared for a controlled demolition.

Witnesses said the Oxfordshire power station was felt 'shuddering' following the explosion, while others described it collapsing ‘in a huge pile of dust’.

Searches continued through the night to find the three people unaccounted for in the wake of the tragedy.

Speaking from the scene this morning, Oxfordshire Assistant Chief Fire Officer Simon Furlong insisted there have been limited indications that those trapped may still be alive.

He said: 'We have three dog teams on site working overnight, but we haven't picked up any clear signs of life. We've had some signs from the search dogs, but this is a very difficult with the debris field.

'We've had no significant signs, but that doesn't mean to say there isn't saveable lives still within the building.'

Mr Furling added: 'It is still a rescue operation at the moment. We are continuing to search and locate the missing persons and we are working hard with the other agencies.

'This is a very difficult situation with a very unstable structure. The safety of emergency service personnel has to remain our priority, while recognising how hard this must be for families waiting for news of loved ones overnight. Our sympathies are with them, and the family of the person who died here yesterday.

Two dead after Port Orchard house explodes

February 23, 2016 @ 1:15 pm

Two people were killed in an explosion that leveled a Port Orchard mobile home Tuesday morning.

The Kitsap County Sheriff's Office confirmed the fatalities after rescue crews spent hours at the site.

Deputy Scott Wilson would not speculate on the cause of the explosion. However, sheriff's detectives requested assistance from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives for the investigation.

The explosion occurred off of Ramiller Road near Port Orchard shortly after 4 a.m., according to the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office.

KIRO 7 reports a Kitsap County resident said the blast could be felt on Naval Base Kitsap in Bremerton. Officers began searching for the source until they realized it did not occur on the base.

"There was a huge explosion at 4:09 a.m. that shook homes, woke residents in the Olalla-Gig Harbor area early this morning," Anne Wolfe Ehrhardt told KIRO 7.

KIRO 7 reports the explosion was powerful enough to shatter the windows of a nearby elementary school. Despite the explosion, Mullenix Ridge Elementary will still be open today, the Kitsap Sun reports.
