At what point will Martial Law emerge in most countries of the world, in response to the Covid-19 or the increasingly obvious Earth changes pointing to the presence and pending passage of Nibiru? The Zetas have stated in the past that Martial Law would be the last resort for those countries operating in a highly democratic manner, but that Heads of State have been informed that by January 2021 Nibiru would be too obvious to be denied. That date is approaching. Will Covid-19 be used as an excuse? [and from another] [and from another] [and from another] [and from another]   [and from another] [and from another] [and from another] [and from another]

We have stated that Heads of State, worldwide, have been told that the reality of Nibiru in the skies will be too obvious to deny by January 2021. Given this anticipation, any steps toward Martial Law taken in 2020 to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic can be assumed to be permanent. We have also stated that the Covid-19 pandemic will be “dramatically eased by mid-Summer 2020”, assuming aggressive quarantine practices and new anti-virals and vaccines. This should not be expected to ease any Martial Law edicts already in place.

Those countries, such as China, which operate as though under Martial Law already, show what can be accomplished with a strong-arm approach. They turned the emergence of new cases around sharply and are now forcing the survivors or the reluctant back to work at gunpoint, if necessary. Because of their strong-arm approach, they will soon be Covid-19 free as long as travel is restricted. Compare that to Italy which espoused tourism forced to quarantine. Italy thus infected Europe, which has maintained open borders throughout.

While the Covid-19 infections rage on going into mid-Summer, protestations of the airline and travel industry will be silenced as Heads of State are forced to issue edicts banning travel and restricting residents to homes unless they are escorted to work. Groceries will be delivered. Schools will be via Internet or home schooling kits. Social media will replace group meetings. Those countries that do not institute such draconian methods will be closed at the border by their neighbors, and forced to live with their inept management.

How does this differ from what the world will experience when the reality of Nibiru can no longer be denied? Strong-arm tactics to ensure that food is grown and distributed will continue. Grocery delivery may likewise remain, to prevent looting and hoarding. Public gatherings will likely be limited due to the fear they will spring into wholesale riots. As disasters swamp coastlines with seawater and earthquakes collapse cities into rubble, refugees will be transported to rural areas and forced into survival camps. Not all that different from the Covid-19 steps.

Deputy mayor wants Paris back under 3-week lockdown, despite opposition

25 Feb, 2021 21:18 / Updated 3 hours ago — Paris Deputy Mayor Emmanuel Grégoire has said that his administration will likely place the French capital under a harsh three-week lockdown to curb Covid-19, and he doesn’t care what President Emmanuel Macron thinks.

A curfew is currently in place in Paris to slow the spread of Covid-19, but Grégoire said it’s “not enough to settle the curve.” Speaking to France Info on Thursday, Grégoire said that his administration will propose a total lockdown of the capital next week. Mayor Anne Hidalgo will issue the proposal.

“We must now make courageous decisions,” he said, adding that a lockdown “is the only solution.”

Pandemic will be with us until EVERYONE on earth given Covid-19 vaccine, says Merkel after G7 summit

The coronavirus pandemic can only be considered beaten once everyone in the world has been immunized against Covid-19, Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel said, after she'd met with the G7 leaders at a virtual summit on Friday.

Speaking to reporters, Merkel said she had stressed in her remarks to the group that the "pandemic is not over until all people in the world have been vaccinated," adding: "Everyone must participate."

The Hague court sides with activists, tells Dutch government to IMMEDIATELY lift ‘illegitimate’ curfew

"The curfew is a far-reaching violation of the right to freedom of movement and privacy and (indirectly) limits, among other things, the right to freedom of assembly and demonstration."
The Dutch government has been told by the court to reverse its coronavirus pandemic curfew after The Hague ruled there was no legal basis for it and called it an infringement on people’s rights.
In a statement, The Hague declared that the government's use of the Extraordinary Powers of Civil Authority Act – an emergency act which allows the state to bypass the legislative process to impose a curfew in “very urgent and exceptional circumstance” – was not justified in this case during the Covid-19 crisis.

“The Preliminary Relief Judge ruled that the introduction of the curfew did not involve the special urgency required to be able to make use of the [act],” the Hague continued, noting that the government had had time to discuss such a curfew beforehand, before ruling that “the use of this law to impose curfew is not legitimate.”

The country’s Justice Ministry says it is now studying the ruling.
After the Dutch government imposed the curfew on January 23, citizens were legally required to stay home between the hours of 9pm and 4:30am unless they had a valid excuse, and they were warned that they could face fines if they refused to do so.

Valid excuses to go outside during the curfew included emergencies, essential work, to seek medical assistance, and to walk a dog on a lead.

The Hague's decision was made after a group known as the Virus Truth Foundation filed a lawsuit arguing that the curfew was an infringement on human rights and the Dutch constitution.
The Netherlands experienced several nights of rioting over the curfew, which resulted in burnt cars, looted business, clashes with police, and hundreds of arrests.

Paris considers THIRD nationwide lockdown as Covid-19 situation remains ‘worrying’ — 25 Jan, 2021

France may be heading into its third nationwide lockdown over the coronavirus pandemic, and the spread of the new variants of the virus in particular, but no decision has been made yet.

French authorities are considering placing the country in a new lockdown as the number of confirmed Covid-19 cases has passed the 3 million mark. Speaking to Radio Classique, French European Affairs minister Clement Beaune said the government is considering different options to tackle the spread.

“Nothing has yet been decided. There are scenarios [on the table] but no decision yet,” Beaune stated when asked whether a new lockdown could be imposed as early as this week.

‘Very high risk’: ECDC urges tougher Covid-19 measures amid mutant strains from UK, Brazil, and South Africa  — 21 Jan, 2021

The Covid-19 strains from the UK, Brazil and South Africa pose a very high risk due to their increased transmissibility and must be stamped out with tougher health measures, the EU’s infectious diseases agency has said.

The transmissibility of the three variants will likely push infection rates higher, leading to more hospitalizations and “death rates across all age groups,” the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) said in a statement on Thursday.

“The overall risk associated with the introduction and community spread of variants of concern is therefore assessed as being high/very high,” it said.

The ECDC urged member states to adopt tougher health measures to contain the spread of mutant strains, and to strengthen case detection and contact tracing.

Rather than relax restrictions such as lockdowns, governments should “be ready to enforce even stricter measures,” it said, recommending that “non-essential travel should be avoided.”

Merkel threatens to close Germany's borders unless EU finds common ground in Covid-19 fight — 21 Jan, 2021

German Chancellor Angela Merkel says the European Union must find common ground in fighting coronavirus and stopping the spread of new strains that have already swept through the UK and Ireland recently.

On Tuesday, Merkel warned that Germany could close its borders unless neighboring states acted together.

"We need to make sure that everyone around us is doing the same. Otherwise we have to look at measures such as entry restrictions."

"The EU is one area," Merkel said in Berlin on Thursday morning, hours before she was scheduled to join a video summit of EU leaders focused on Covid-19.

The chancellor warned about the dangers from the spread of the new mutant virus and that they need to be "taken very seriously."
